vCHANGE has signed an agreement with VFINITY to resell
its V-Business 2.1 multi-media asset management solution. V-Business 2.1
is a “web-native” multimedia asset management system that
supports all digital media types using a flexible and highly customizable
metadata schema that is multilingual. The system enables real time collaboration
throughout the full media life cycle.

amounts of content that has value, but unfortunately they are unable to
access the content in a timely manner. vCHANGE believes that V-Business
will provide them with the tools to locate, modify (if needed) and distribute
their content in the proper format. In some cases this will create a new
revenue stream for them. Also, in the university environment it will provide
the scholar or student with easier access to vast amounts of important
multimedia information...

VCHANGE started as a video transfers and conversions
company in San Diego in 2002. After moving to the Los Angeles area in
2003, we expanded our service offerings to include DVD authoring and streaming
media services. These services included full DVD authoring and replication
services, and streaming media backend services including hosting, encoding,
and web casting. As a logical offshoot of web casting we expanded into
video production and post production. Also within the past year, our content
work with a number of television and film producers in Asia and Europe
has allowed us to develop a distribution and marketing unit devoted to
the sales of MPEG-2 based video on-demand content to cable and satellite
providers in North America. The common thread in all of our video services
activities is our direct relationship with content and the technical understanding
and ability to distribute content in a multitude of ways.
